A key factor of this successful course of Techniki Ekpedeftiki is its human resources. Its permanent staff consists of 60 employees together with the instructors or other experts who are involved in the daily activities (training activities, studies, researches etc.).
Techniki Ekpedeftiki has developed a comprehensive employee selection manage¬ment system as well as a system for their continuous training - continual education on the current design methods, implementation of training activities, result evaluation, monitoring of trainees etc.

Instructors

Over 2.000 are the instructors that Techniki Ekpedeftiki employs for the training activities it implements. They include employees of the public and private sectors, with consider¬able professional experience in their respective subject of training, as well as professional educators.
Before each train¬ing activity, the part-time instructors who will be involved in it, attend a short seminar on "instructor training".
All of the instructors are listed in the instructors' database, along with their qualifications and their specialization. At the same time newly recruited instructors join the old ones in covering the new programs that are developed.
The company has established a system for the evaluation of the instructors, not just for the benefit of those responsible for the training activities, but for the trainees as well.
