Development of the Human Resources of Public Administration PDF Print E-mail

A. Continual training of the Public Administration Staff on the requirements of the Information Society.

Techniki Ekpedeftiki participated in the Association of Companies which implemented this project on behalf of the National Center of Public Administration and Local Government (E.K.D.D.A.). The project involved the design, the organizational preparation, the implementation and the evaluation of 125 programs of continual training of personnel of the Public Administration in the regions of Central Macedonia Eastern Macedonia-Thrace and Northern Aegean.

B. Design and implementation of specialized training for the staff of the Offices of Career Guidance and Association to the Labor Market of Professional Education.

Techniki Ekpedeftiki participated in the Association of Companies which implemented this project on behalf of the Ministry of Education. The project involved the design of the content of the continual training program of the fore mentioned staff, the development and the reproduction of the training materials (10 issues and the implementation of 16 programs across the country through which 207 people completed their training).

C. Continual training of educators for the best use of ITC and educational software.

Techniki Ekpedeftiki participated in the Association of Companies which implemented this project on behalf of the Educational Institute of the Ministry of Education.. This project involved the organization and the implementation of the continual education of 600 educators of 1st level and 2nd level education, in 5 of the country, on the use of educational software.

D. Continual training of educators of the schools for the Initial Professional Education and Training of the Association of Tourism Education and Training (ΟΤΕΚ).

Techniki Ekpedeftiki participated in the Association of Companies which implemented this project on behalf of ΟΤΕΚ. The project involved the training of educators on teaching tools and methods as well as on organizational matters of tourism enterprises.

E. Training of Elected Representatives of 1st level Local Government on the New Technologies of Information and Communication

Techniki Ekpedeftiki participated as leader in the Association of Companies which implemented this project on behalf of the Central Union of Municipalities and Communities of Greece (KEDKE). The project involved the implementation of information all and continue while education actions for all of the 5.608 elected representatives of 1st level Local Government and the spatial unit which includes the regions of Epirus, Western Greece, Peloponnese and Central Greece. It specifically included: the organization of 17 galas (and the headquarters of each of the 17 Prefectures of the spatial unit) for the whole of the elected representatives of each Prefecture. The continual education of all of the elected representatives and the organization of meetings of the municipal councils. The training of the elected representatives in the use of ITC by attending 20 hour programs.

F. Training and certification in basic skills on the use of ITC of employees of the local government in the region: Eastern sector of the Prefecture of Athens.

Techniki Ekpedeftiki implements this project on behalf of the Institute of Local Government (ΙΤΑ). The project involves training of 60 hours and certification of 1.560 employees of the 20 municipalities and communities which are included in the Eastern sector of the Prefecture of Athens.
