Objectives

  • Quality assurance to the level of the CVT system by developing and providing programs for „blended learning” training for a total number of 1240 persons, e-Learning for 1760 persons (from among staff of public and private CVT providers) and collection/ management of information related to the involved human resources (3000 persons).
  • Support for institutional capacity building of public and private CVT providers, including their staff development, by organizing a minimum of 600 trials to assess the training professional skills.
  • Improving the skills of trainers and other staff categories of public and private CVT providers, by developing specific professional skills, including Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
  • Career development opportunities for trainers.


Target group:

The target group is composed by staff of public and private providers of continuing vocational training.

Main project activities:

  • Analysis of current CVT system, collection and registration of information related to trainers and training providers from Romania in an electronic database.
  • Organization of two national conferences (launching and closing the project) with the participation of all relevant actors for the promotion of the project objectives and activities.
  • Studies on European practice, exchange of best practices, work visits, transnational seminar.
  • Organization of 8 regional conferences for the promotion of the opportunities offered by the project and for the motivation of the target group, respectively of the interessed training providers.
  • Selection of the target group (participants to the training programs).
  • Complement of the course modules, elaboration of training materials and of the e-Learning platform.
  • Selection and training of the trainers group in order to lead the training sessions.
  • Elaboration, organization and delivery of instructor-led training sessions
  • Evaluation and certification of vocational skills relevant for the occupation of “TRAINER”.
  • Final evaluation of project results and elaboration of a best practices guide.
  • Dissemination of final results.

Main results:

  • Criteria and instruments for the target group selection.
  • Operational «E-Learning» Platform and «Database» and loaded with relative data.
  • Prepared/ printed training program and training materials
  • Selected target group: 3000 persons, of which: 1240 for blended learning training and 1760 for self-training e-Learning.
  • 62 training sessions organized and developed in the 8 existing regional centers.
  • A minimum of 600 evaluation processes of the relevant vocational skills (according to the O.S.) for the occupation of „Trainer”.
  • Training methodology, trainer’s guide.
  • Guide for practice and management of e-Learning platform and database.
  • Best practices guide for the dissemination of project results.


Added value

The project will lead to reducing the deficit in training qualified staff, with specific skills in accordance with occupational standard of “Trainer”, staff that operates in units (centers) for continuing vocational training (continuing vocational training providers), according with the GD 129/2000, staff that knows the CVT national system and, in most cases, it is linked to the national system.
